Town Of Timnath

A Family Oriented Community

Established in 1882, the Town of Timnath, became a busy hub of fur trading and an agricultural community due to its location on the Cache la Poudre River. Nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains, Timanth was once size of a small neighborhood with a population of 230 but it quickly became clear that there are plenty of reasons why it is voted one of the best places to live in the U.S.  In the next 20 years, the Town of Timnath is projected to grow by 27 square miles, while adding 20,000 new residents.

As more people discover what an amazing community Timnath is, a number of new subdivisions offering brand new homes are becoming available. If you are looking for the best family-friendly community in Colorado, make yourself at home in Timnath.
